Puerta Azul acknowledges that any and all agreed changes to the original design that may be a condition
of this approval will be at the homeowner's expense. The correction of any damage caused by this agreed
construction will also be at the homeowner's expense. Homeowner shall henceforth agree to maintain
the improvement in accordance with the guidelines and aesthetics of the community.
