Remove all existing roof tile and stack for re -use.
Mechanically fasten two layers #401b.UDL modified underlayment over existing
underlayment.
Install new modified roof system @ flat roof.
Install roof related sheet metal as needed to make a watertight system.
Re -install existing roof tile per manufactures specifications.
Apply cement mortar at all ridge and hip tiles.
Leave job site clean of all related debris and haul away.
Some tltes will get broken during the re -roofing process these tiles will be replaces with
the that matches as close as possible, and will be installed out of the site line.
Plywood Replacement:
Remove deteriorated plywood and replace at a cost of 2.25 per square ft.

INTO THE LIVING AREAS SUNTECH CONSULTING & ROOFING SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGE RESULTING FROM INTERIOR LEAKAGE OR GENERAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND BUT SHALL REPAIR SAID LEAKAGE AS GUARANTEED
BY THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACTAND WARRANTY. SHOULD ANY LITIGATION BE COMMENCED BETWEEN THE PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT
CONCERNING THE PROJECT, ANY PROVISIONS OF THE CONTRACT, OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF EITHER IN RELATION THERETO, THE
