Dear Mr. Haag:
This is to advise you that the proposed temporary Sales Office
and Hotel Room Model Complex,.at PGA West is approved in
accordance with the following.conditions:
1. Use of the facility shall be restricted only as a Hotel
Room Model Unit and booking for future rental units for
the PGA West Hotel.
2. Installation of the temporary facility shall conform with
Exhibits A, B, and C, as contained in the Planning
Department's file for Plot Plan No. 89-410.
3. This approval is limited to a period of two (2) years
from the date 'of this .letter. Upon a written request
received prior to the approval expiration date, the
Planning and Development Department will consider time
extension approvals of up to one year.
4. Colors for the exterior of the facility shall. be
consistent with the color scheme for PGA West.
5. All signing for this project shall be subject to a
separate review and approval by the Planning and
Development Department.
6. Comply with the Fire Marshal's letter dated April 10,
1989 (attached).

Dear Tom:
Enclosed please find a floor plan of the existing Sunrise
sales office, which will be adjacent to the proposed PGA
West Resort Hotel model rooms. 'Enclosed you will also find
a site plan for the existing buildings on the -site.
As you can see, there are two (2) office windows located on
the side of the building. They will be immediately -adjacent
to the new structure. Although this fenestration will
obstruct natural light in these offices, ventilation
(provided by an HVAC system for the.entire building,) as well
as satisfactory artificial illumination are currently
available. In other words, the location of this proposed
structure.will not hamper the function.of existing.systems
in the existing.structure.
