Dear Mr. Deiseroth:
This letter is to report approval of your recent application
for a setback adjustment, pursuant to Chapter 9.188 of the City
of La Quinta Planning & Zoning Regulations. The following
setback adjustment has been approved subject to -conditions and
in accordance with attached Exhibit A.
SETBACK ADJUSTMENT:
Pool - 5 -foot front setback.reduced to 3 -feet
Pool Equipment - 5 -foot side setback reduced to 1 foot
FOR: Swimming Pool & Pool Equipment.
CONDITIONS:
1. The pool equipment shall be located no, more than
1 -foot from the front property line.
2. The applicant shall. comply with the Municipal Code,
fencing requirements for pools.
3. The applicant shall ensure that the pool is
reinforced to Building Code requirements.
