As requested, the design and detail for the Beam to Beam connection for the aforementioned
project is being provided.
It is understood that ....
— The attached lattice cover will be built per Duralum Products Inc., IAPMO #0195;
— The Roof Live load is 10 PSF per Appendix H, 2016 CRC.
— The Wind Loads are based 110 MPH Exp "C" Ultimate Wind Speed.
— Seismic - Site Class D, Use Cat = I, SDs=1.0, SD1=0.6.
— The Maximum Height of the Cover is to be 12 Feet or less.
Beam 2 - The beam supporting the load bearing beam for the cover and spanning 1 T-0" (approx)
is to be a `B9" beam, double 2 x 6.5" x 0.042" alum, per Detail `119", Sheet L4.1, IAPMO#0195.
