START AND COMPLETION OF WORK:
Construction shall commence with the layout and forming of the pool prior to excavation and will be
completed within 35-45 working days, barring any unforeseen delays caused by, but not limited to,
inclement weather and/or damage there from, strikes, or unforeseen underground obstruction. Regular
days of work shall be Monday through Friday, if any, work performed on Saturdays shall be limited to the
backyard, not cause audible noise or dust, and permitted by the home owners association.
ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACT:
The prices, specifications, terms and conditions of this contract are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. I
represent that I am the Owner/customer or authorized property manager for forementioned property and
hereby authorize work to be completed as specified. Payments are to be payable in the amount and on the
terms specified in this agreement. I the owner acknowledge that I have read and received a legible copy of
