B. Damaged plywood will be replaced at a rate of $65.00 per sheet or portion thereof and
billed separately as a change -order.
C. Reuse the existing perimeter metal and Bird Stop.
INSTALLATION OF NEW TILE UN-DERLAYtiIENT
A. Install two layers of r 40 the underlayment mechanically fastened.
B. Install two layers of Modified Tile Underlayment to the low slope roof section.
C. Reuse primary flashin;s at roof penetrations.
D. During the re -installation of the tile, supply and install secondary fiashings at all pipe and
vent penetrations. (As necessary)
E. Re -install the tile.
F. Replace broken tile as necessary.
G. Re -install the trim tiles.
H. Leave the project in a broom clean condition.
