BACKGROUND/ANALYSIS At the September meeting Commissioner Blakeley suggested that the Cove Neighborhood Association (CNA) participate in the art procurement for the roundabouts. This Committee will work closely with staff to commission art for the five roundabouts that are being constructed as a result of the Village Complete Streets project.
