Records of said County of Riverside.
TOGETHER WITH that portion of said land more particularly described as follows ("TRANSFER PARCEL"):
That certain parcel of land, located in the City of La Quinta, County of Riverside, State of California, being that
portion of Lot "P" of Tract No. 33076-1, as shown by a map on file in Book 388 of Maps, pages 57 through 79
