Presently Condition #2 requires that "any additional wall height required to comply with the minimum five-foot height requirement along the radius in the corner cutback.area shall be provided with wrought iron or steel tubing." It has been determined that the wall.along the front property line may be provided as follows: The five foot high wall required around the pool area shall be measured from the southwest corner of the existing wall (adjacent to driveway) and shall be .a level five feet in height around the front and exterior side yard of the lot and adjacent to the driveway to the garage. It has been determined that this is acceptable for the following reasons: 1. A stop sign exists for northbound traffic on Avenida Rubio which addresses the traffic visibility concern in the area of the increased height wall. 2.
