The Preliminary Scope of Work Description: Golf Course Side Ori final Improvements to be replaced
with a concrete payer system patio deck. Install a new fire pit, gas line extension, re -plaster pool, new
waterline tile and low retaining wall. Courtyard and side yards to replace the removed concrete
handscape and replace with new colored concrete, artificial turf to be installed in the courtyard. Design
and install a new and/or modified irrigation system. Replace previously existing landscaping with new
landscape design and instillation.

The Architectural Committee has reviewed your revised plan submittal; Plans sheets L0.0, L1.0, L1.1, L2.0,
L2.1, L3.0 all dated 11/20/2019 prepared by IRO Landscape Consulting and Design. The revised proposed
scope of work will be acceptable subject to being in compliance with the comments noted and the Building
Department Codes and all to be in accordance with the Architectural Guidelines, Homeowner's Association
CC&R's and Maintenance and Indemnity Agreement.
The following conditions and/or requirements are pertinent and applicable to the Committee's Review
and Comments.
