Description
The following will be performed by Becerra Brothers Rooting at the address noted above
in accordance with the following detailed specifications.
Surface Preparation: Tile Reset
Remove Ilse existing rool'tiles and set aside For re-uso and dispose of any broken tiles into a trailer.
The existing underfaytmem will be cleaned offarali debris and the loose dirt will be swept into piles.
The plywood will be inspcvwd and replaced as needed to ensure decking is in good condition.

This will be determined once the existing roof is removed and clean.
A permit will be requcsted at the Building and Safety department in La Quinta, California.
All the roofing debris will be disposed of in our trailer and hauled away for disposal.
Fascia Board:
The rotten fascia board will be removed and replaced with new fascia board.
The fascia board will be fastened down and reinforced before installing the drip edge.
Tile Reset:
lnsiall 2 layers of401b. underlayment onto the sheathing nailed do%vn with 7/8 simplex nails throughout.
New metal ilashings will be installed on all edges, valleys, secondary flashings and the roof penetrations
will be sealed.
Any broken tiles will be replaced to match the existing tiles of the home and secured into place.
All the tiles will be reset properly into position and all the roofing debris will be cleaned and cleared at the
end of the day.
A final inspection will be requested at the City Building and Safety Department in La Quinta, California_
