Pasutto at 48-771 San Vincente, La Quinta, CA 92253, was originally handled by Rick Keplinger Services and Pat Roth, a Canadian designer and filed as an "owner/builder" permit. After the city of La Quinta shut the project down, Mr. & Mrs. Pasutto contracted my design firm to take over the project. We will be managing this remodel together with. contractor Bob Edwards of Bob Edwards Construction. After reviewing the original submission and noting all the areas of concern addressed by Mr. Crawford, we decided it would be more effective to have the plans totally redrawn by Ramone Coronado of Coronado Design Group and employ Chuck Garland, Architect, for the structural calculations. The only significant addition to the plans is the remodel of the kitchen. We are submitting the revised drawings and structural calculations for your consideration. We believe all of the issues cited have now been addressed and . called out on the plans. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact my office or Bob Edwards at 760-777-8202.
