PRESENT: Councilmembers Fitzpatrick, Peña, Radi, Sanchez, Mayor Evans ABSENT: None PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE City Attorney Ihrke led the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance. CONFIRMATION OF AGENDA – Confirmed PUBLIC COMMENT ON MATTERS NOT ON THE AGENDA – None ANNOUNCEMENTS, PRESENTATIONS AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS - None BUSINESS SESSION 1. APPROVE SHORT-TERM VACATION RENTAL PROGRAM AD-HOC COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP; AND INTERVIEW AND APPOINT CANDIDATES TO SERVE ON THE COMMITTEE Council waived presentation of the staff report, which is on file in the Clerk’s Office. Mayor Evans thanked all applicants for their willingness to serve the City and explained the process Council follows in conducting interviews and appointing members. The following applicants gave a brief presentation of their experience and qualifications in the order listed below based on 1) interview appointment, 2) category of the capacity in which they represent the community, and 2) alphabetical surname order.
