The following changes were made in the Plan I:
A. Pocket doors were added to the following rooms, or in place of the French doors.
1. Media room.
2. 2 new in dining room (old covered patio at rear of the great room).
3. 2 pocket doors in the great room.
4. Pocket door in master bedroom #1.
ll,/B. Old covered patio connecting garage to laundry room was converted to an interior
hallway.
C. Old covered patio approximately 16ft. x 18ft. behind the great room was enclosed
to create a dining room.
.D. Master closet #1 was enlarged by including the toilet room space into the master
closet and by adding a new toilet room next to the master shower.
The following changes were made in the Plan H:
VA. In place of the French doors; pocket doors were added in the great room, dining
room, media room, and Casita.
B. The Wine Cellar, front closet, and great bath room were re -configured.

Re: Revision 3 to the Structural Documents
Madison Villas, La Quinta, CA
Dear Jeff,
This letter is to inform you that we have made the changes to the structural drawings,
identified as Revision 3, dated 3-25-2008, that reflect the architectural and mechanical
changes to the two house plans and the Casita plan.
We have communicated these changes to the truss manufacturer, Spates Fabricators, who
has prepared revised shop drawings of the floor and roof trusses that were affected by this
Revision 3. We have received and reviewed these shop drawings and are returning them
to you with this letter. We found them to be in agreement with the structural drawings.
We are also including three `wet signed' copies of the revised structural calculations that
were made for Revision 3. These calculations, with the signed shop drawings and this
letter can go back to the Building Department for their review and approval.
If there are any pestions regarding this, please call me.
