SUBJECT: MODIFICATION BY APPLICANT 2020-0001 RANCHO SANTANA
Dear Mr. Pedalino:
The Design and Development Department has reviewed your request to change two
(2) plan types within the Rancho Santana residential development. It has been
determined that said plan modifications are minor, will not result in a significant
change in the original project as approved by the decision making authority as
approved under Site Development Permit 2006-855 and complies with the spirit and
intent of Specific Plan 2003-064. The proposal includes minor adjustments,
substitutions, and additions to architectural features that do not result in a
significant effect on the overall aesthetic or architectural style of the buliding.
Therefore, the modification is approved as shown on the attached exhibits, subject
to the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall conform to all other corresponding conditions of approval for Site
Development Permit 2006-855, Tentative Tract Map 31202, Environmental Assessment
2003-472, and Specific Plan 2003-064.
2. The applicant shall submit revised precise grading and construction plans as may be
required to the City’s Design and Development Department.
