Existing electrical, plumbing and mechanical will be operational. within the designated area. There will be no bathroom facility provided in the area. A portion of the exercise room was at one time part of the cart barn that was rebuilt in 1996, after a fire destroyed the previous structure. The area the club is requesting to be re -opened has been inspected by the structural engineer and plans submitted with this application for building a redundant wall to upgrade the existing structure.
