For your information:
*** The Planning Department is currently reviewing a request to omit the 3'-6" to 4'-0" high
fence/wall and railing barrier over the site retaining wall which was approved in the Civil
Drawings (See Precise Grading Plans Sheet 2 of 11). The retaining wall will be, held 6" above
the highest grade elevation and use landscaping as a visual barrier instead of the fence/wall
' . or railing. We believe landscaping is the best and most aesthetically pleasing solution to
mitigate the issues related to visual impact and the regulation of light level spill into adjacent
property. Planning Department approval shall be obtained prior to a building permit issued.
