's License Law, Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 7000) of Division 3 of the Business and
'essions Code, or that he is exempt therefrom, and the basis for the alleged exemption. Any
3tion of Section 7031.5 by any applicant for a permit subjects the applicant to a civil penalty of
more than five hundred dollars ($500).

is sold within one year of completion, the owner -builder will have the burden of proving that he did
not build or improve for the purpose of sale).

residential development to check if the plans and details have been prepared in substantial conformance
with the recommendations presented in our referenced geotechnical reports. Based on our review, it is our
opinion that the structural plans have been prepared in substantial conformance with the geotechnical
recommendations.
We limited our review to geotechnical aspects of project development and the review did not include
other details on the referenced plans. Geocon West, Inc. has no opinion regarding other details found on
