If work is performed when dispatched, a City Representative will be asked to sign our field work order authorizing us to begin the project and another signature when they are done verifying that the project was completed to our customers satisfaction and that the condition of the jobsite location was left acceptable. 4. If the request is for an informational job walk where a proposal is requested, we will email the appropriate contact at the City within 2448 hours with all documentation requested if available to us within this time frame. If proposed work is accepted, we would require our signed proposal to be emailed back to us at which time we would contact the City for project scheduling and follow up with ordering of materials needed. 6. All projects will be completed in accordance with all applicable local City, State, NEC and CEC rules and regulations obtaining City Permits, scheduling City inspections, contacting and scheduling utility companies and Dig Alert when deemed necessary. 7. Our electricians turn in daily paperwork including field work orders for projects completed, on -going job reports as well as estimates for the office to process. 8. At the end of each day our electricians review their appointment schedule and order any materials needed setting themselves up for the following day. 9. Our office staff will invoice any completed projects in accordance to the terms and specifications of the executed agreement. COST AND PRICING: Labor Rates: Unless otherwise requested, all scheduled service work requests are performed on a time plus material basis at the following prevailing labor rates during normal business hours of 7:00am-4:00pm.
