Plan 2 – Bonus Room modification removed one door. The remaining door does not have the required 8 percent glazing per CRC §R303.1. an exception #2 allows the reduction in glazing provided you meet exception #1 (which you do) and artificial light is provided that is capable of producing an average illumination of 6 foot candles (65 lux) over the area of the room at a height of 30 inches (762 mm) above the floor level. Please provide documentation / calculations to show compliance with the R303.1 Exception #2. Thank you,
