1. All glazing changes that were made by the builder due to frame walk or other conditions
were incorporated into the T-24 calculations.
2. The T-24 calculations were all revised to a single Tankless Water Heater with a demand
recirculation system.
3. The T-24 calculations were all revised to include Zoning Dampers as specified by the
Mechanical Engineer

Hi Shelly,
After the review of the Revision 2 plans, there are two items needing your attention.
1. 1 addition set of the Energy Reports is required (we are in possession of 1 set);
2. Plan 2 – Bonus Room modification removed one door. The remaining door
does not have the required 8 percent glazing per CRC §R303.1. an exception
#2 allows the reduction in glazing provided you meet exception #1 (which you
do) and artificial light is provided that is capable of producing an average
illumination of 6 foot candles (65 lux) over the area of the room at a height of 30
inches (762 mm) above the floor level.
Please provide documentation / calculations to show compliance with the
R303.1 Exception #2.
