Cheri's notes regarding the cumulative projects is in the attached pdf.
******************************************
I saw possible bust in distribution pattern where 15% WB on Ave 54 becomes 5% w/o Jefferson ( which is a cul‐de‐sac ). I
think with 25 % or so headed toward the roundabout and Jefferson/Ave 50, we should add those 3 intersections along
Jefferson to the list ( Jefferson / 52, Jefferson / Pomello, and Jefferson / 50 )
They also make a statement that all CIP, DIF & TUMF improvement projects are assumed to be in place by opening year.
I suspect we have little or none in the way of improvements in the coming years in that area, so don't know if you are
3
doing capacity analysis and LOS, if you are assuming the existing roadway configurations and lanes, or some future
planned roadway configurations?
The project should be widening the Avenue 58 frontage, widen the EB Avenue 58 to add a 2nd EB left turn lane, and
paying for a signal or portion of signal as appropriate.
