Garrett,
Cheri has also reviewed the amended scope and is comfortable with it. I believe that is everyone on our
side, so Urban Crossroads can proceed.

Garrett,
I confirm receipt. The changes made are acceptable to me. Since you have copied Steve,
Bryan and Cheri on this email, I ask that they send their confirmations or comments
individually as soon as they can. Please note that La Quinta staff are off every other
Friday, and I do not know whether Bryan and Cheri are working tomorrow, and that
Monday is a holiday. Please also note that I am in the office until 3 PM on Wednesday,
and will follow up if they have not responded by end of day on Tuesday.

Nicole,
Attached please find responses to your comments. I believe tomorrow is you last day
before your trip so it would be great to get confirmation on scope by tomorrow or have
someone from the City approve early next week.
