current state it has been rough graded to the proposed sub -base with a tempo-
rary connection to the existing SiiverRock Way alignment and with a canal box
culvert strWuro with no.paving over the existing cana$ crossing. For this phase
the contractor will construct temporary pavinghon the' temporary ranriwion
and cortstruct the finat pavingg improvements w ich will slap at the location of
the future roun0about at Jefferson Street and Avenue 53. Proposed improve-
raertts include temporary paving, sub -base preparation, construction of a full
pavement section of asphalt conrmte and aggregate base, curb and gutter,
sidewalk/cart path, signing and striping drainage improvements, empty conduit
installation, construction of a water line, construcnofl of a Sewer line, water
and sewer borings under the CVWD Canal, and paving over the exIA1 canal
struclum. All project work and incidental items to cornplete the project shall he
performed in accordance with the plans, specifications, and other provisions of
the contract. All the above improvements are to be Lonstructed In a workman-
like manner, leaving the entire project In a neat and presentable condition. Re-

SilverRock Way is being re-aligned through the SilverRock Resort
Property. In its current state it has been rough graded to the proposed
sub-base with a temporary connection to the existing SilverRock Way
alignment and with a canal box culvert structure with no paving over the
existing canal crossing. For this phase the contractor will construct
temporary paving on the temporary connection and construct the final
paving improvements which will stop at the location of the future
roundabout at Jefferson Street and Avenue 53. Proposed improvements
include temporary paving, sub-base preparation, construction of a full
pavement section of asphalt concrete and aggregate base, curb and
gutter, sidewalk/cart path, signing and striping, drainage improvements,
empty conduit installation, construction of a water line, construction of a
sewer line, water and sewer borings under the CVWD Canal, and paving
over the existing canal structure. All project work and incidental items to
complete the project shall be performed in accordance with the plans,
specifications, and other provisions of the contract. All the above

This project shall be completed within 160 working days from the date specified in
