p.m. in the La Quints City Hall Council Chamber, 78495 Calle Tampico, La Quints, California, pursuant, to La Quints Municipal
Code Chapter 11.72.
PUBLIC HEARING IS REGARDING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OF RESIDENTIAL PARCELS WITHIN THE CITY OF LA
QUINTA FOR THE PURPOSES OF LOT CLEANING AND NUISANCE ABATEMENT.
The purpose of the hearing is to hear and consider all testimony, objections, and protests, if any, to the report filed with this
Council containing a description of each parcel of real property for the lot cleaning and nuisance abatement as listed below:
These parcels will be assessed on the 2020/2021 fiscal year tax roll for the Community Resources Department who completed
the lot cleaning and nuisance abatement.
A copy of said report upon which the hearing will be held is on file and available for public inspection in the City Clerk's Office,
Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at City Hall, 78495 Calle Tampico, La Quinta,
