Based on our review it is our opinion that the referenced plans are in compliance with the geotechnical recommendations provided by ESSW. Closing Except as modified in this report, it is our opinion that the referenced documents are applicable to the proposed development. We make no representation as to the accuracy of the dimensions, measurements, calculations, or any portion of the design. This report is issued with the understanding that the owner, or the owner's representative, has the responsibility to bring the information and recommendations contained herein to the attention of the architect and engineers for the project so that they are incorporated into the plans and specifications for the project.
