In doing further analysis of the property listed above, we have decided not to build on the lot.
Therefore, we are requesting a refund of the fees paid for this property.
In a letter from AI Ortega, dated June 6, 2014, he could
1. Initiate a refund check request for fees paid to the City
2. Prepare a letter for our use in negotiating with CVAG and CBSC to seek refunds from those
agencies and
3. Prepare a letter and receipt for our use with Desert Sands Unified School District

abovementioned building permit has been voided and the applicable City fees
have been refunded. At permit issuance the following mitigation fees were
collected by the City and remitted to CVAG:

MSHCP $531.00
The developer would like to have those fees refunded by CVAG. If you need any
