6 NOTICE OF FUNDS AVAILABILITY AND REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
There will be approximately $143,400 available to fund eligible activities. Eligible
activities are general those which directly benefit primarily low- and moderate -income
persons, persons with disabilities, and senior citizens. Funding for the City of La
Quinta's Community Development Block Grant Program is expected to begin July 1,
2020.
All application requests for CDBG funding have been submitted to the City of La
Quinta Design and Development Department. Project proposals and/or comments
should be submitted in writing to:

need of any type of special equipment, assistance or accommodation(s) in order to
communicate at a City public meeting, must inform the City Manager's Department a
minimum of 72 hours prior to the scheduled ineeting.
