The Design and Development Department has prepared a mitigated negative
declaration in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act- The
Design and Development Deparlmenl is recommending that a Mitigated Nega-
live decEaration of environmental impact be certified. The La Quinta Planning
Commission will consider this determination at the Hearing.
Any person may submit written comments on any of the contemplated actions
listed above to the Design and Development Departfnent prior to the Hearing
and/or may appear and be heard in support of, or opposition to, the project at
the time of the Hearing. If you challenge the decision of any 61 the actions list-
