Dear Mr. Rivas:
The Design and Development Department has reviewed your request to change the
color pallete for an existing commercial building located at 78400 Highway 111. The
modifications include a new color pallete for the exterior walls. It has been
determined that said plan modifications are minor, will not result in a significant
change in the project as approved by the decision making authority, and comply
with the spirit and intent of the Point Happy Specific Plan. Therefore, the
modification is approved as shown on the attached exhibits.
