RECITALS WHEREAS, on or about November 6 2020, the City and Artist entered into an Agreement to paint a mural on the southwest wall located on the Fred Waring Drive and Adams Street for the City. WHEREAS, the City and Artist mutually agree to extend the completion date from December 7, 2020 to February 28, 2021 pursuant to Exhibit B Schedule of Performance in the Agreement; and WHEREAS, the City and Artist mutually agree to extend the artist and staff walk-through from December 7, 2020 to February 28, 2021 pursuant to Exhibit B Schedule of Performance in the Agreement; and WHEREAS, the City and Artist mutually agree to extend the follow-up if needed review from December 11, 2020, to March 5, 2021 pursuant to Exhibit B Schedule of Performance in the Agreement. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenant herein contained, the parties agree as follows: CHANGE ORDER In consideration of the foregoing Recitals and the covenants and promises hereinafter contained, and for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and receipt of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows: 1.
