Dear Mr. Lohman,
Visits were made to observe the work and determine if it had preceded in general conformance
of the intent of the construction documents prepared by our office. Reports were provided to
your firm detailing deviations from what the documents had intended and providing
recommendations we had made to be implemented.
Based on our observations, it is our opinion that the framing and shear walls with nailing of 4
inches on center and closer spacing on lot 11-12C constructed in general conformance with the
intent of the construction documents prepared by our office.
The content of this letter is understood to . be an expression of professional opinion by this
engineer which is based on his/her best knowledge, information and belief. As such, it consists
of neither a guarantee nor a warrantee expressed or implied.
