Dear Ms. Speer:
Thank you for your letter regarding potential fire hazard in your
area. I will be meeting with a representative of the Riverside
County Fire Department to identify problem areas in the north end
of town and to discuss mitigation measures appropriate to the
undeveloped desert areas.
Pending the recommendations of the Fire Department, we will begin
abatement of any identified fire hazards immediately.
Abatement within your subdivision (near Aurora Way) has been
initiated. The owner will be notified and have 21 days after
receiving notification to comply. Failure to do so will cause the
City to abate the problem at the owner's expense.

information of if you would like an update on the above mentioned
cases.
