Dear A Moore III & M Moore: The Architectural Committee met on 8.6.20 and reviewed and approved your architectural plans with the following conditions being met. ·Arc Committt roof angel modification, which will improve of mountain corridor view. o Pull in on the golf course side of the structure in by 2 feet. The corners would remain squared off instead of angled. It will make the overall structure 2 feet narrower. ·Updated revised plans; Emailed and hard copy, 2 sets ·Landscape application needed, if any damage is caused during construction. Landscape to be brought back to original condition should damage occur. ·An Agreement and Covenant Running with the Land will be required for these improvements being made.
