Dear Mr. Sigurdsen:
The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for
modification of one (1) freestanding monument sign, to add internally illuminated business
identification copy for the La Quinta Cliff House, located at 78250 Highway 111. This sign is
approved per the sign exhibits enclosed, subject to the following Conditions:
1. This sign permit grants one (1) freestanding internally illuminated building monument
sign for business identification, reading "La Quinta Cliff House Grill & Bar". The sign
copy area shall not exceed 28.5 square feet, and shall be designed and placed in
conformance with the sign graphics on file with this application.
2. The sign monument shall remain in the same location as previously existing or, if
removed to facilitate the sign installation, shall be replaced in generally the same prior
location.
3. The applicant is required to obtain a building permit prior to the placement of this sign.
