pursuant to Chapter 9.188 of the City of La Quinta Planning and Zoning Regulations.
After review it was determined that:
1. This adjustment is not consistent with the intent and purpose of the zoning
ordinance with regard to setback adjustments.
2. There are no special circumstances applicable to the property, including such
factors as size, shape, topography, location or surroundings that justify
approval of the adjustment.
3. The existing guest house was a temporary building for your construction sales
program, and therefore should be removed since it has served its purpose for
your sales and marketing program.
