SUBJECT: MODIFICATION BY APPLICANT 2021-0004 STONE CREEK
Dear Mr. Steffen:
The Design and Development Department has reviewed your request to change the
architectural plan types within the Stone Creek residential development. It has been
determined that said plan modifications are minor, will not result in a significant
change in the original project as approved by the decision making authority as
approved under Site Development Permit 2013-930 via PC Resolution 2013-028.
The proposal includes minor adjustments, substitutions, and additions to
architectural features that do not result in a significant effect on the overall aesthetic
or architectural style of the building. Therefore, the modification is approved as
shown on the attached exhibits, subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall conform to all other corresponding conditions of approval for Site
Development Permit 2013-930, Environmental Assessment 2002-457, and Tentative
Tract Map
2. The applicant shall submit revised precise grading and construction plans as may be
required to the City’s Design and Development Department.
