Kennedy Construction 77-350 Calle Arroba Ia Quinta, CA 92253 RE: Plot Plan No. 85-157, Entry sign for Lago La Quinta Dear Mr. Kennedy: This letter is to report approval of one (1) wall -mounted entry sign to be located on the north side of Avenue 50 at Lago Drive, subject to the following conditions: Conditions of _ Laval 1. Construction and installation of the sign shall conform with Exhibit "A" contained in the C mm mitt' Development Department's file for Plot Plan No. 85-157 and the following conditions, which conditions shall take precedence in the event of any conflict with the provisions of the plot plan. 2. This approval is for one (1) wall -mounted type subdivision identification sign to be located on the center island of Lago Drive at Avenue 50, as shown on Exhibit "A". 3. The slumpstone wall and wall -mounted sign shall be located as shown on Exhibit "A". 4. The design, size, color and height of the slumpstone wall and sign shall conform with the approved Exhibit "A". The wall shall be painted off- white to match the existing perimeter block wall. The letters shall be brass -colored with black trim. 5. The sign may be illuminated with the existing ground mounted incandescent lighting (not mercury vapor or high-pressure sodium vapor lighting). If any modification to the existing lighting is proposed, the Applicant shall submit detailed construction plans showing the location, type, etc., of the proposed lighting to the Camunity Development Department for review and approval; and the Applicant shall obtain a permit from the Building Division for installation of the approved lighting. 6. Prior to the installation of the wall and sign, the Applicant -shall obtain a building permit from the Ctnuunity Development Department, Building Division. MAILING ADDRESS - P.O. Prior to the final building inspection of the wall and sign, the existing subdivision entry sign shall be removed. 8. No modifications to the approved sign, including changes in text, color, location and construction shall be made without prior written approval from the Ccnymmity Development Department.
