SUBJECT: MODIFICATION BY APPLICANT 2021-0005 IN N OUT
Dear Joni Martinez:
The Design and Development Department has reviewed your request for a
modification to the existing commercial building at 78611 Highway 111, approved
via Site Development Permit 2014-1005. The modifications include new color
palette and materials for the exterior of the building. It has been determined that
said plan modifications are minor and will not result in a significant change in the
project as approved by the decision making authority. Therefore, the design
modification is approved as shown on the attached exhibits, subject to the following
conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall contact the Building division prior to the initiation of any
work to determine any building permit requirements. Additional permits from
the Design and Development Department may be required for the work to be
completed.
2. All other conditions of approval from Site Development Permit 2014-1005
shall be adhered to.
