STATEMENT THAT REDEVELOPMENT PROCEEDINGS
HAVE BEEN INSTITUTED
(Pursuant to Health and Safety Code, Section 33373)
Proceedings for the redevelopment of the La Quinta Redevelopment
Project have been instituted under the California Community Redevelop-
ment Law pursuant to a Redevelopment Plan approved and adopted by
Ordinance No. 43 of the City Council of the City of La Quinta, Calif-
ornia.
The description of the land within the Redevelopment Project area
AMkis attached hereto and consists of four (4) pages.

initial radial line bears N.66°45'54"W.);
Thence S.03"22'41"W., along the centerline of Eisenhower Drive as
shown on Amended Tract No. 16786 on file in Book 127 of Maps, at pages
76 through 78 therof, Records of Riverside County, California, a dis-
tance of 50.08 feet to an angle point therein;
Thence S.00"14'34"W. along the last mentioned centerline of Eisen-
hower Drive, a distance of 1806.01 feet to the intersection with the
centerline of 50th Avenue;
