Re: Temporary Certificate of Occupancy
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Harris:
Please find attached a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for Two Angels Inn issued today
November 17, 1997, for conditional operational use only. This certificate is issued as temporary,
and is good for a maximum of thirty days pending the completion of the outstanding final'
inspection correction items. Should the correction items not be completed within the thirty -day
time frame the certificate will be considered expired and suspended. At that time your City
Business license would also be suspended until a new Certificate of Occupancy is issued.
This Temporary Certificate places limitations upon Two Angels Inn as follows:
1. Cold preparations use for commercial kitchen only, per Riverside County Health and
Fire Department inspection corrections.
2. Swimming pool and spa may not be used -until Health Department and City final
approval.
A permanent Certificate of Occupancy will be issued only upon the receipt and acceptance of the
following items:
1. Completion of outstanding building and safety inspection corrections.
2. Written Community Development Department approval.
3. Written Public Works Department approval.
4. Approved and accepted Fire Marshall plans and installation of kitchen range
extinguishing system.
5. Receipt of Health Department final Inspection.
6. Completion and receipt of as -built plans by architect depicting all changes made during
construction as discussed and agreed upon with the architect.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Hams:
Two Angles Inn Temporary Certificate of Occupancy certificate will expire and be suspended on
December 17, 1997 as.indicated by Mr. Mark Harold's letter accompanying your temporary certificate
issuance November 17, 1997. At that time your City Business license would also be suspended until a
Final Certificate of Occupancy is issued. As to date no inspection request has been initiated nor has the
permanent Certificate of Occupancy correction items been completed as addressed November 17th.
A permanent Certificate of Occupancy will be issued only upon the receipt and acceptance of the
following items:
1. Completion of outstanding Building and Safety inspection corrections.
2. Written Community Development Department approval.
3. Written Public Works Department approval.

As the engineer of Record on the subject project, I am directing that the 4" discmeter _
drain pipes may be omitted at the retaining was adjacent to the lake and the cottages.
The drain litre is not necessary in -so -far as there are concrete slabs adjacent to theses
walls precluding water from saturating the soil adjacent to the retaining walls.

The trusses were designed by Valley Truss Bar. The manufactured truss calculations,
layouts, drawings, and diagrams are in accordance with my design intend. These trusses
are engineered, stamped and signed by a licensed engineer in the State of California,
