SUBJECT: MODIFICATION BY APPLICANT 2021-0007 CARMELA FRONT
YARD TYPICALS
Dear Mr. Ornelas:
The Design and Development Department has reviewed your request for a
modification to the approved landscaping palette at Carmela Residential
Development, approved via Site Development Permit 2005-823. The modifications
include a similar configuration with an updated drought tolerant plant palette. It
has been determined that said plan modifications are minor and will not result in a
significant change in the project as approved by the decision making authority.
Therefore, the design modification is approved as shown on the attached exhibits,
subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. A Final Landscape Plan shall be prepared by the applicant and submitted to
the Planning Division.
2. All other conditions of approval from Site Development Permit 2005-823
shall be adhered to.
