It appears that they are advertising too many occupants (3 Guest) and are set up as a studio rental. The property appears to possibly be two separate STVR's, the main dwelling and the studio with one bed and an air mattress. The TOT is behind in reporting and the permit number does not appear to be on the ad. I saw that there are two separate entrances and two kitchens, and permit is not being advertised on web site. He stated that plans on getting everything at his residence permitted. I took him back over to the permit center, and he was given application to fill out. He will return on Thursday to schedule special inspection to have interior and exterior inspection done and see what he did during the remodel inside and out of his residence. A review of the case revealed the property has it's permit suspended due to significant building code issues and is not allowed to be operating or advertising as a STVR. An ad was found on Airbnb that indicates the property is available for STVR purposes. Citation LQ161822 was prepared and issued to the property owner. The citation was provided to Administrative Assistant Alford for mailing regular and certified. I called Darrell Adams and he stated that he stayed at his residence over the weekend and had a pool party. The r/p talked to him about turning town music at that time. he complied.
