This approval is subject to the following conditions and in accordance with the attached Exhibit "A". SETBACK ADJUSTMENT: Reduction of front yard setback from twenty- (20). feet to sixteen (16) feet. FOR: Front entry awning and garage door pop -out CONDITIONS: a 1. Obtain a building permit for the awning and pop -out from the Building and Safety Department. FINDINGS: 1.
