Thank you for the opportunity to submit a proposal for the City of La Quinta!
AVSU was founded in 1991 as a technical labor solution and transitioned to a full-service AV
provider in 1995. For more than 25 years, we have supported local venues, meeting planners,
and producers. AVSU was the first in the Coachella Valley to become a full HD rental house in
2011 and we now offer the latest in laser, LCD and DLP video projection, HD cameras, image
processing, plus sound and lighting reinforcement to compliment any size event. You’ll also
find one of our talented crews every weekend at Fantasy Springs and Spotlight 29 casinos
switching cameras for the large screen displays.
We have watched the Coachella Valley transform from a destination spot for corporations
seeking team-building retreats to locally grown and produced events gaining national and
international attention. Bringing our clients vision to reality— while staying on budget— is our
top priority.
AVSU looks forward to the opportunity to work directly with the City of La Quinta. All proposals
provided will be valid for 90 days and a certificate of general liability and workers’
compensation insurance will be provided when services are contracted.

**Deposits are due 7 days prior to event start date with final balances due per your pre-
approved payment terms. A signed quote and/or purchase order must be received before
equipment can be put on hold and/or reserved. All equipment is reserved on a first come,
first serve basis; therefore, prices are subject to change until deposit is received and/or
signed quote or purchase order is received. All changes to this quote will be in writing prior
to the event start date and any on-site changes or additions will be authorized verbally and
made available in a final quote. Specified discounts are contingent upon adherence of
payment terms. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before load-in will be charged 50%
of the quote plus any costs already incurred. Labor requests made with less than 24 hours
notice may be subject to a rush fee of 3-5% of the total labor ordered (based on a 24 hour
period).
