CALIFORNIA JOINT POWERS INSURANCE AUTHORITY has complied with
the requirements of the Director of Industrial Relations under the provisions of Section 3700
of the Labor Code of the State of California. The employees, governing body, and other
legally authorized or appointed committees or commissions of

are covered in accordance with California Labor Law and the provisions of the California JPIA
Memorandum of Coverage of the Workers' Compensation Program. This Certificate is evidence of
the Member's participation in the Primary Workers' Compensation Program for the period of
July 1, 2021 to July 1, 2022.
