Section 3.5.3 Project Components makes mention of the potential of up to four special events per year with no more than 2,500 guests at each event. We are requesting further information on these events as well as clarification on the daily operation of The Wave in respect to anticipated daily attendance, hours of operation, whether the venue is open to the public, etc. Clarification of these items will assist the Riverside County Fire Department in determining the anticipated need for service and if additional mitigations will be needed to provide service to the proposed developemt.
