WORK DONE THIS PAST WEEK:
• Contractor continued installation irrigation mainline throughout site.
• Contractor pressure tested 6” irrigation mainline.
• Contractor installed conduit under supervision of subcontractor.
• Subcontractor formed two retaining walls in stage area.
• Subcontractor began excavating in preparation for Grinder Pump Install.
• Continue reviewing RFI’s and submittals, forward to designer upon prelim CM review.
WORK SCHEDULED FOR NEXT WEEK:
• Parking lot light fixture footings to be placed.
• Electrical conduit installation.
• Irrigation line installation.
• Radius walls to be poured in stage area.
• Concrete sidewalk to continue being formed and poured.
• Waterproofing to be placed on terrace walls.
COMMENTS:
A field directive was issued to Urban Habitat to begin excavation for the missing 15” line.
The city paid Clint to have the 54” storm drain pipe scoped. No damage was discovered, and the
existing pipe will be adequate. Dan will send revised outlet structure plans in 1-2 weeks.
A total of two non-working days due to weather delay have been recorded thus far. Project
completion has been adjusted accordingly.
Next progress meeting will be held on February 11th, 2020 at 10:30am.
