WORK DONE THIS PAST WEEK:
• Contractor commenced trenching and placing 18” HDPE storm drain.
• Contractor continued placing Class II base in parking lot area.
• Subcontractor reconstructed a section of existing lake and placed new liner/concrete.
• Contractor continued placing 6” irrigation pipe in DG path along avenue 52.
• Continue reviewing RFI’s and submittals, forward to designer upon prelim CM review.
WORK SCHEDULED FOR NEXT WEEK:
• Subcontractor is scheduled to begin domestic and sewer line placement.
• Storm Drain placement to continue
• Pond/Lake construction to continue
• Continue attending the weekly construction coordination meeting.
COMMENTS:
Contractor’s construction working hours are set at 7 am. The city may entertain a different
starting time at the request of Urban Habitat.
Weekly construction progress meeting set to start on Tuesdays at 10 am, commencing on
October 22nd, and will be every other week afterwards. Construction Manager Patrick will send
an invite and confirming the location.
With SilverRock Golf Course opening for public use on Tuesday 11/5, all construction traffic for
the Venue site will be directed through Avenue 52 Entrance Gate.
