WORK DONE THIS PAST WEEK:
• Contractor continued trenching and placing 18” HDPE storm drain.
• Contractor continued placing Class II base in parking lot area.
• Subcontractor began constructing stream bed.
• Contractor placed 6” pump discharge line.
• Contractor began placement of permaloc asphalt edging in parking lot area.
• Continue reviewing RFI’s and submittals, forward to designer upon prelim CM review.
WORK SCHEDULED FOR NEXT WEEK:
• Subcontractor is scheduled to begin domestic and sewer line placement.
• Storm Drain placement to continue
• Pond/Lake construction to continue
COMMENTS:
Contractor’s construction working hours are set at 7 am. The city may entertain a different
starting time at the request of Urban Habitat.
Weekly construction progress meeting set to start on Tuesdays at 10 am, commencing on
October 22nd, and will be every other week afterwards. Construction Manager Patrick will send
an invite and confirming the location.
